Gislaved Energi Koncern AB is a wholly owned subsidiary of Gislaved municipality through its parent company Gislaveds Kommunhus AB. Gislaved Energi Koncern AB consists of three subsidiaries: Gislaved Energi AB, Gislaved Energi Elnät AB, and Gislaved Energi Service AB. Gislaved Energi Koncern AB has a total of 22 employees and a turnover of 130 million SEK. We deliver 160 GWh of electricity and about 50 GWh of heat. We work with electricity distribution, electricity trading, district heating, electricity production, street lighting, and energy services such as charging stations, solar panels, and energy analyses.

We are now looking for a Heating Technician focused on maintenance planning who wants to contribute to safe, efficient, and future-proof district heating production in Gislaved municipality.

About the Job

In this role, you will work with the operation, optimization, and planning of maintenance for our heat-producing facilities. You will be part of our team of heating technicians and play a crucial role in ensuring high availability and operational reliability in our facilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and execute maintenance of Gislaved Energi's facilities within district heating and electricity production

• Coordinate work with internal and external personnel

• Budget, procure, and ensure access to materials and resources for project and maintenance work

• Manage and develop our maintenance system and maintenance processes

• Contribute to high operational reliability, efficiency, and availability in district heating production

• Operate our production facilities

On-call duty is included in the position, approximately every 5 weeks.

About You

We prefer that you have relevant technical education. This could be as an operations technician, operational, marine, or energy engineer with a focus on Power Heat Energy and/or Process. Equivalent experience from the industry is also acceptable.

The position requires good knowledge of Swedish, both written and spoken, as well as a B driver's license.

It is advantageous if you have:

• Experience in the district heating industry or operation of boiler plants

• Experience with maintenance systems (extra merit with knowledge of Fiix)

• Experience with electrical and control systems in industrial facilities

• Good computer skills and experience working in digital systems for operation, monitoring, and maintenance
